'A FUN PLACE TO GROW'
My name is Samantha, and I'm a proud mum of two and grandmother to two wonderful grandchildren.
After spending time providing childcare on a part-time basis, I realised how much I loved supporting children as they learn and grow. I knew I wanted to make it my full-time career, and that's where my childminding journey truly began. Over the years, I've been fortunate to have had a fantastic team of caring assistants who share my passion for creating a warm, inspiring, and nurturing environment for every child.
One of the things that makes our setting special is our large allotment, which we use every day for outdoor play, exploration, and learning. Drawing on my Forest School qualification alongside the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, we provide a child-led, play-based approach that encourages curiosity, creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. We believe children learn best when they're free to explore, ask questions, and discover the world around them through meaningful, hands-on experiences.
'
Samantha receives overwhelmingly positive reviews, with parents praising her warm, nurturing approach and engaging activities. Children thrive in her care, developing confidence and social skills. The home-like setting, educational outings, and healthy meals are consistently highlighted. Parents appreciate the regular communication and photos, feeling reassured their children are happy and well-cared for in this supportive environment.and her assistants had our Son with them for a year and I can honestly say he had the best time.'
At Couper Childcare we aim to provide high-quality teaching in a happy and caring environment where all children are given the opportunity to fulfil their potential in all aspects of the development. We encourage higher levels of behaviour and encourage good manners and respect for eachother.
